Meet the Founder

Victor Reymond, Toronto, ON

With over 15 years of experience in retail management across multiple industries, I have built a deep understanding of how to elevate store performance and client experience. My journey began in electronics then in fast fashion, continued through entry-level luxury, and evolved into six years within the high-end luxury sector, notably with Gucci in Toronto and Maison Margiela in Paris. I have worked in diverse retail environments such as in malls and department stores to flagship standalone locations, and became equally comfortable operating in high-traffic settings or more intimate, low-traffic, and appointment driven boutiques.


Having managed multi-cultural teams of various sizes, from small specialized groups to large staffs of over 25 employees, I am skilled in leadership, training, operational problem-solving, and delivering exceptional standards of client service. My international experience across Canada and France has shaped a well-rounded cultural awareness and a refined approach to retail that balances business performance with meaningful human connection.
